Journal of Physical Activity and Sport Technology Engagement (J-PASTE) accepts the following types of community service and engagement papers:
- Community Service Articles (up to ~5000 words) report the implementation of physical activity and sport technology programs in community settings. Articles should describe needs analysis, program design, methods of implementation, technology utilization, outcomes, impact evaluation, and sustainability of the program.
- Program Reports present innovative practices in empowering communities through physical activity, exercise, and sport technology. Reports emphasize practical solutions, technology transfer, community participation, and measurable impacts on health, fitness, and sport engagement.
- Best Practice Reviews describe successful models of community engagement in physical activity and sport technology, highlighting lessons learned, challenges, and recommendations for wider adoption.
